HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER
Women in Business is open to all students, staff, and faculty at the University of Minnesota, regardless of major or sex. In the business world, we will be working in teams with people from all walks of life, and WIB will help students, staff, and faculty learn from and support one another by facilitating numerous events.
Women in Business has an annual membership fee of $25. A membership extends through the current academic year. Prospective members are welcome to attend two regular Women in Business meetings, and meet current WIB members and Executive Board members before committing to the organization. A membership drive begins early in the school year with our annual Women in Business Kick-Off events (free to everyone) and continues throughout the entire school year.
Once a member, you will be expected to attend 2 events per semester, of which 1 must be a signature sponsor event.
