The 2026 Women in Business Charity Gala was a memorable evening dedicated to supporting Dress for Success Twin Cities and celebrating the strength of our community. Despite an unexpected venue change caused by flooding at McNamara Alumni Center just hours before the event, our members, guests, sponsors, and supporters came together with incredible flexibility and enthusiasm.

The evening welcomed more than 130 attendees and raised over $2,500 to support Dress for Success and its mission of empowering women to achieve economic independence. From the generosity of our sponsors to the dedication of our executive team and attendees, the success of this event was made possible by the remarkable community that surrounds Women in Business.
