Diversity and Disparity: A Panel Uplifting Marginalized Voices in the Workplace

Join WIB's DEI Committee, Net Impact, BAM, Compass, and the Disabled Student Cultural Center for a panel of alumni, students, and staff focused on healing and coping as a marginalized member in the workplace. We will be discussing topics surrounding recruiting, internships, transitioning into post-grad, and how our identities play into these topics. We will touch on microaggressions, discrimination, and how our current systems are built to perpetuate these cycles. Everyone is welcome, we invite all to come share, listen, and learn.
